Form & Flow is a 60-minute movement experience designed to reconnect you with your body’s natural rhythm while improving posture, balance, flexibility, dexterity, and functional strength. Blending yoga, mat Pilates, and somatic movement, this fascia-focused class supports deep stability and feel-good motion.
