This therapy is known to calm your nervous system, improve mental clarity and peace, reduce heart rate & lower blood pressure, and reduce stress promoting relaxation.
We will gather rain or shine in sandals, sneakers, bare feet or rain boots; whatever magic mother nature brings us.
